Processing Time & Price Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination. You can calculate your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office.

About Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time; however, occasional delays do occur. proud-nation.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

Possible Reasons for Delay

  • Incorrect Address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

Cancel Order (if applicable)

After making a purchase, customers have 12 hours to request cancellation. After that time, the item will be produced and we can’t support any further.

Please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE… WHERE’S MY REMAINING ITEM?

If you have ordered two or more different items, they are being shipped separately from our various facilities and storage locations to you. Therefore, please be patient and wait a little longer, or contact us via [email protected] . We will provide you with specific information about your packages.

So don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at once—they are on the way.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Estimated Delivery: 5-18 business days* (depending on the product type) or longer during holiday seasons.

  • 5-10 business days for domestic products (Cotton apparel, mugs, dog tags, tumblers…)
  • 10-18 business days for other complex All-Over-Printed or imported products (jacket, polo, sweater, AOP hoodies/sweatshirt, hawaiian shirt, cap, bedding…)
REPLACEMENTS FOR INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect or defective item (e.g., flawed product, wrong design, type, or size), please email us at [email protected]  within 14 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and the shipping label, and we’ll verify the issue promptly.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping.
  • Examples of covered issues: manufacturing defects, design errors, or items that don’t match your order.
HOW DO I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?

If you had provided a valid Email address while submitting the order, we normally send you the tracking number to that Email id. If you would like to request your tracking number please contact us at [email protected]  and we will provide your tracking details.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team at [email protected] , we are happy to assist.

ARE YOUR PRODUCT MADE IN THE USA?

Most of our products are made in the USA and some are not. However, all of our products are shipped from USA. For all products that are made in the USA, we do state that in the product description. Some of our AOP items may be made outside of US, but the designs are printed in the USA in Colorado.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?

Shipping fees depend on the product type, weight, and destination. Typically, fees range from $5-$9 for domestic orders and $8-$15 for international orders. The exact fee will be shown at checkout. Contact [email protected]  for a detailed quote.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

Most times this happens because our customers have accidentally entered their email incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us at [email protected] , and we will fix it for you.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We accept shipping to PO Boxes.

Due to a high rate of lost packages and shipping delays, our current shipping partners have suspended delivery services to Military APO/FPO addresses. As an alternative, we suggest using a local or non-military address for smooth delivery.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected] . A small processing fee (5% of your order) may apply to cover transaction costs. After 12 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
